Solar & hybrid power
Solar and solar–diesel hybrid plants, including mini-grids for small islands and remote areas that still depend on diesel generation.
ARK is a strategic investment company in renewable energy and technology, built on our founder’s more than a decade of experience in solar power development.
From 2008 to 2022, through Arya Watala Capital, our founder developed solar power for remote villages, tourism areas and industrial customers, with projects in East Nusa Tenggara and Kalimantan.
PT Aria Royal Kapital (ARK) is a Jakarta-based strategic investment company focused on renewable energy and the technology that supports it.
We work alongside project developers and businesses as a long-term partner, pairing capital with hands-on support in governance and business development. Our perspective comes from the field: years of developing solar power on islands and in remote areas, where reliable electricity changes what communities and businesses can do.
An Indonesia powered by clean, reliable and affordable energy.
Clear structures, transparent decisions and accountability to our partners.
We stay engaged beyond the first agreement and grow with the people we work with.
Our view is shaped by projects on the ground, not only on paper.
Energy that serves communities and the environment over the long run.
Indonesia’s energy transition runs across thousands of islands, many of them still reliant on diesel. Our focus follows the work we know best.

Rooftop and on-site solar for industry, commercial buildings and tourism areas, bringing clean power closer to where it is used.
Digital tools that help clean energy work in practice: monitoring, energy management and efficiency.
Long-term strategic partnerships, with support in governance and business development at every stage.
We start from the site, the grid and the community, testing technical, commercial and regulatory realities early.
We commit as a long-term strategic partner, with governance aligned from the outset.
We support structuring, governance and business development as the project or company grows.
We stay engaged through construction and operation, not only at the start.
